Terms of Service

Nomarc Data Gig (“Nomarc”, “we”) is a digital marketplace operated by Nomadic Architects that connects construction professionals, exhibitors (suppliers/brands) and buyers/clients across Nigeria. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Roles (professional, exhibitor, buyer) determine the features available to you; adding a second role may require admin approval.

Professionals, exhibitors and buyers are solely responsible for the content they post — profiles, jobs, products, services, quotes and messages. Content must be accurate, lawful and not infringe others’ rights. We may review, flag, remove or close listings that violate these terms.

Nomarc facilitates introductions and communication between parties. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to any contract, engagement or transaction agreed between users. Parties are responsible for agreeing scope, pricing, delivery and payment. Where escrow or in-platform payments are offered, additional terms apply.

Verification badges are granted after a manual review of submitted documents and indicate that we have reviewed certain information — they are not a guarantee of quality, qualifications or outcomes. Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of the users who leave them.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraud, spam, harassment, scraping, circumventing fees, posting illegal content, or attempting to compromise security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant Nomarc a licence to host and display it for the operation of the service. The Nomarc name, brand and platform are our property.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Nomarc is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from interactions or transactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
